Weekly Favorite New Books - March 14

It's time for another weekly list of the best new books that come out this week. Every week there are hundreds of new books that I search through to bring you the best of the best! There is a little bit of everything on the list - books for adults, teens, and children.

I hope that as you look at the list of newly published books, you will find a book to get lost in for yourself, your favorite bookworm friend, or a child you know who loves to expand their imagination.

Dragonwatch by Brandon Mull - Book Review

Adventure abounds in the newest book by bestselling author Brandon Mull. There is magic, fantasy, and, of course, dragons in this new book that middle grade readers will love. They won't be able to put the book down...which I know because my 11 year old was reading it well after her bedtime under the covers with a flashlight the night it came in the mail.

Generally I write book reviews on here all by myself. This time, I turned to my 11 year old daughter for help in today's post. I thought that having her share what she thought of the book would be most effective, I mean she is the target market (8-12 year olds) and so her thoughts are more relevant than an adults. I hope you like her very first book review and I know that she would love to hear your comments!

Cover Reveal - Warcross by Marie Lu

I'm sure you've heard the saying "You can't judge a book by its cover." Good advice, but the cover will give you a good or bad first impression of the book. I love seeing the reveal of new covers, it ups the anticipation of the release of the book. And when it's a book by a great author I already love to read? That makes it even more exciting!

Weekly Favorite New Books - March 7

Thanks for visiting my weekly list of the best books that have been published this week. Each week there are hundreds of new books that come out and I pick some of my favorites for each genre of books.
